I made eggs this past Saturday. I've never really been a fan of runny yolk, but I thought I'd try it again. It tasted alright, but I was more taken with the colors! Just look at that beautiful yolky mess!

i used to love a runny yolk when i was a little kid, but nowadays it kind of makes me gag! but at least they make for some great photos! :)

ReplyDeleteI like to bake eggs like that on a very low temperature that it would get hot also in the middle of the yolk with cover of frying pan and not fliping down when its served :D niom..
