You're Not Studying, You Are Learning

That's because you're not studying anymore. You are learning. 

Definitely not in culinary school anymore. Despite how much I sound like I'm complaining about the workload, I'm not. Unlike my undergrad experience, I'm excited to go through these books. I shared this in a conversation with a stranger the other day and she understood me, putting my thoughts into words: "That's because you're not studying anymore. You are learning. And whether it's in school or out in the real world, you'll never be as free as when you are learning something."
