I know the holidays is no time to decide you need to eat better, but nevertheless, I've felt a little MEH lately. And I sure wouldn't hate losing a few amiright!? However, I don't want to go overboard and put crazy expectations of healthy/clean eating on myself, especially this time of year.
I figure if you start the day right the rest of the day is more likely to follow suit.
So I'm concentrating on breakfast. The rest of the meals throughout the day are up in the air, but I'm going to ensure I have a good, wholesome breakfast. I figure if you start the day right the rest of the day is more likely to follow suit. As you can tell, a healthy breakfast for me is not boring or low-cal. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day anyway, so I treat it with great care. The requirements are fairly simple: whole foods, low-sugar, side of greens.
