When I got back, I took the jar out of the fridge and started the fermentation process...Finally ready our first homemade kombucha! I wasn't sure if it would survive all that time in the fridge during my absence. When I got back, I took the jar out of the fridge and started the fermentation process...the magic happened, and last Sunday it was ready. It is really delicious - made from green tea, ginger, and lemon grass, and is no work at all. Happy Wednesday my friends.
