Baking Bread

I'd never really baked much of anything. I didn't own a mixer, I mixed and kneaded everything by hand.

The first time I baked a loaf of bread, I'd never really baked much of anything. I didn't own a mixer, I mixed and kneaded everything by hand. But, I was hooked. I find the process to be unbelievably therapeutic. I haven't done much bread baking recently but I'm thinking it's about time.
