While we are in this strange limbo of where we are and where we want to be, we made a vow to ourselves and to our children to still enchant in what we can, whenever we can. Because when a million things seem to be going wrong, it takes great courage to focus on the millions of things going right.

Like autumn walks to the library. Picking out the best flavor of ice cream at night. Pulling down the wine glasses from the cupboard. Interlacing our hands during our coffee. Drying out rosemary next to the window for our meals. Yard clippings into bud vases. Brushing their silky hair after lavender baths.
