Raw Ball Bliss. Handful of Medjool dates, brazil and macadamias, rice malt syrup, tahini, coconut oil, vanilla powder...whizz in the thermomix...cool in freezer for half hour, roll into coconut and BOOM! Belissimi.
Still getting my head around this way of [raw] eating...and honestly it's been incredibly challenging. Getting used to things not always cooked, and not eating grains especially has been my greatest challenge. It takes every ounce of my will power to not reach out for that lovely looking loaf on the counter and smother it in nutella!!

It's a mindful way of eating that's for sure. So many things that are not normally on my shopping list take me a while to find. But so far I've never been disappointed with the tastes and the fulfillment of these awesome recipes that I'm discovering.
