Already battling every day trying to decide when I can allow this kid to be his own (little) man, and when he simply cannot...Already battling every day trying to decide when I can allow this kid to be his own (little) man, and when he simply cannot (ummmm... no, you cannot eat whipped cream for breakfast...or walk by yourself across the parking lot). But sometimes I do step back and watch him do things for himself in his own little way... And it just makes my heart explode.
