Made some cute mini cinnamon rolls from my leftover pizza dough last night.
Going vegan has been such an awesome lifestyle change for my family and I. I spent years dealing with stomach pain, digestive issues, eating disorders, and had the most unhealthy relationship with food. Since going vegan I haven’t had a single health flare up, and I feel like I finally can appreciate food for the fuel that it is. I can enjoy treats without feeling guilty and have stopped fixating on everything I eat. It’s a great feeling that I just feel ready to share.
