And sometimes all of the mind swirling becomes exhausting, and I'm reminded to stop, to be. To live in the now, and to appreciate every minute down to the last drop.I often wonder where I'll be in ten years. I let my mind skip ahead and sometimes it swirls a bit out of control, wanting more, wanting different, wanting to fast forward the now. It's so refreshing and satisfying when I achieve this, even if only for a fleeting moment. So here's to living life slowly, and to feeling thankful for the now.
