One of my goals as a self-employed mom and wife
is to refocus on meal planning and cooking at home.
Partly because I have more time to do so now,
but also to save money because our budget is tighter
with me not having a part time job.
So far so good.
Even with being sick this week I was able to make two different recipes
(which I doubled to have leftovers through the week).
