Emmylou took a twenty-minute nap on the way
home from our family dentist appointment.
I rolled my eyes and said, “Nap time is so screwed.”
I’VE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY TO BE SO WRONG.
After some fighting, they’re ALL asleep!
Moments of absolute quiet in this house are far and few between,
but when they do come it’s glorious.
