A Reminder

Thankful for this kind gesture, and most of all for the reminder to pause from the busyness of life every once in a while and smell the flowers.

I woke up this morning, rushed the kids to get dressed, rushed to take out the trash in time, and then jumped in the car to go pickup our groceries. Along with my groceries the managerial staff at our local grocery store greeted me with this bouquet of flowers (because I was the first customer at this location to use their pickup service). Thankful for this kind gesture, and most of all for the reminder to pause from the busyness of life every once in a while and smell the flowers.
