What was your favourite childhood cake? Did any stand out?

Sometimes it really hits me that we are creating the little glimmers of distant memories in our children’s minds. Things that might seem insignificant to us now, might be the fondest childhood memories to them. 

Sometimes it really hits me that we are creating the little glimmers of distant memories in our children’s minds. Things that might seem insignificant to us now, might be the fondest childhood memories to them. The expensive trip to Disneyland might not be as dear a memory to them as the slip-n-slide in the backyard with all of the neighbourhood kids. The style of their cake, modelled after their favourite cartoon character, might be their warmest birthday memory.
