And yeah yeah, I know classic caeser has no mayo, but egg yolks...bah! Who cares, this tastes good and it’s quick! And it lasts a week in the fridge. I’ll pull out the anchovy fillets and yolks for when the Queen visits.What have you folks been eating lately? I love getting new ideas! I’ve been binging on caeser salad. I love making the dressing from scratch because the ingredients are pantry staples in this house. Garlic? Yup. Lemon? Yup. Mayo? Of course. Anchovies or anchovy paste? Always have it. Am I weird? I LOVE anchovies. That very particular savory snap you can’t get from anything else! And yeah yeah, I know classic caeser has no mayo, but egg yolks...bah! Who cares, this tastes good and it’s quick!
