Tea lattes have become a cozy morning ritual. Warm mug, feet hugged in wool socks, and the leaves dropping slowly from the trees.
1. A cup of strongly brewed tea.
2. Milk of choice.
3. Medjool date or honey sweetener.
4. Blend 3/4 mug tea and 1/4 mug milk with one date or spoonful of honey in a blender until frothy.
5. I like a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
