We’ve already started our second family read aloud of the year. I chose "The Wild Robot" thanks to some of your suggestions, and so far we’re loving it!
I wanted to share what a typical afternoon tea and read aloud looks like for us. I do simple teatimes WAY more than the fancy poetry kind, and we enjoy them both equally.
Sitting together, enjoying great books, delicious treats, and each other’s company. Such a sweet bonding time for us all. I can’t believe my kids and I have been gathering together like this in one way or another for 2 1/2 years already. Sitting together, enjoying great books, delicious treats, and each other’s company.
