These are my first two loaves. I have spent many hours reading and learning, feeding my starters, and experimenting. I am trying to figure it all out and become familiar and comfortable with the process.And just like that, my homemade sourdough journey has begun. These are my first two loaves. It takes patience, something I definitely need to practice more, but the joy of making bread at home from scratch with just flour, water, and salt, and feeding my family fresh bread is so rewarding
