These are my first two loaves. I have spent many hours reading and learning, feeding my starters, and experimenting. I am trying to figure it all out and become familiar and comfortable with the process.

And just like that, my homemade sourdough journey has begun. These are my first two loaves. I have spent many hours reading and learning, feeding my starters, and experimenting. I am trying to figure it all out and become familiar and comfortable with the process. It takes patience, something I definitely need to practice more, but the joy of making bread at home from scratch with just flour, water, and salt, and feeding my family fresh bread is so rewarding
