Peach and Burrata Toasts
Ingredients
1 fresh baguette, sliced3 or 4 ripe peaches
1/2 pound, burrata
1/4 pound, pea sprouts
fresh mint sprigs
olive oil, salt & pepper for flavoring
Directions
1. Lightly toast baguette slices, and cut up peaches into thin slices.
2. Lay toasts on a plate and add spoonfuls of burrata and some sliced peaches on top.
3. Garnish with greens and season with olive oil, salt & pepper
