I used to be really good at prioritizing quiet time. But in the past 3 months or so, I've found all my [once] journals are full of bullet point to-dos. Working is good, but not to the point where you scribble over your thoughts and feelings with goals and aspirations.
But in the past 3 months or so, I've found all my [once] journals are full of bullet point to-dos.From one go-getter to another, take a breather. Emotional health is more valuable than we treat it.
