The tree may still be up, but the garland on the stairs is drying out and the taper candles have burned to the base. It’s like watching the last log in the fireplace smolder...seeing another Christmastime fade. Luckily we have the new year to look ahead to! This is a time of rejuvenation and high hopes. I hope we all take a moment to embrace those dreams and goals we’ve laid aside, or forgotten.
This is a time of rejuvenation and high hopes. I hope we all take a moment to embrace those dreams and goals we’ve laid aside, or forgotten.I can easily become overwhelmed by all the dreams I want to accomplish by “tomorrow.” My biggest goal this year is to stick to what’s most important and take care of myself first and foremost. I’d also like to make a few less to-do lists and spend more time sipping tea and reading books.
