I’ve been trying to take some time for myself every morning. Waking up earlier so I can wake up slower.
I’ve been trying to take some time for myself every morning. Waking up earlier so I can wake up slower. I’ve noticed since I been making an effort to read, meditate, and just relax first thing, it helps my days go sooo much smoother. Self care is not something I was taught, so learning it and it’s importance in overall health, especially right now in my life, has not just been essential, but necessary.
