The entire pineapple torte was devoured that same evening so I made a second one for our weekly family dinner last night. In case you’re curious to try, I follow the NYT Cooking Plum Torte recipe and change up the fruit to what I have on hand. It’s always no fail, and so easy to whip up - too dangerously easy for making seconds, and who knows, maybe even a third tonight.
