Figs Are Back

...and right by the car park was a fig tree absolutely laden with treasure! Needless to say a few found their way into my car, and I am dreaming of what I might do with them as they ripen a little more.

Figs are back, at least here they are! Matt and I stopped at a local tile shop yesterday and right by the car park was a fig tree absolutely laden with treasure! Needless to say a few found their way into my car, and I am dreaming of what I might do with them as they ripen a little more. This flashback to the simplicity of figs, prosciutto and Gorgonzola might be as creative as it gets...but that’s just fine with me.
