...and right by the car park was a fig tree absolutely laden with treasure! Needless to say a few found their way into my car, and I am dreaming of what I might do with them as they ripen a little more.Figs are back, at least here they are! This flashback to the simplicity of figs, prosciutto and Gorgonzola might be as creative as it gets...but that’s just fine with me.
